Layers of fresh sliced cucumbers, beets, tomatoes and onions topped with basil microgreens and dressed with a creamy garlic herb vinaigrette.
Mushroom Paté and Herb Cashew Cheese Crudite
Savory mushroom pate and herb cashew cheese served with fresh garden vegetables.
Choice of Entrée:
Tofu crusted with herbs of Provence, seared and plated with baked Yukon gold potato coins. Topped with a hearty mushroom tomato ragout and served with a citrus grilled fennel salad.
Royal trumpet mushrooms are seasoned, seared and served over a jackfruit “crab” hash cake. Plated alongside a fresh asparagus salad, romesco sauce and then sprinkled with toasted macadamia nuts.
Choice of Dessert:
Chocolate Crème Brûlée
Traditional crème brûlée made with rich chocolate, caramelized to order. Topped with whipped cream and plated with fresh berries.
Peach Custard Torte
An almond flour crust topped with peaches in an amaretto vanilla batter and baked. Served with a sweet berry coulis and fresh berries.
