Starter

Summer Roll
Panko crusted tofu, carrots, red pepper, avocado, pickled cabbage, sushi rice and an edamame hummus tahini are wrapped with rice paper. Chilled and served with wasabi aioli and sesame tamari dipping sauce. 12

Sandwich

Indian Spiced Beet Burger
This burger is composed of roasted beets and sweet potatoes which are seasoned with curry, coriander, ginger, garlic and garam masala. Seared to order and served on our sprouted wheat bun with baby spinach, fresh sliced tomato, jicama, a white cheddar cashew cheese and finished with black currant aioli. 14

Entree

Wild Mushroom Ragoút
Fresh mushrooms are sautéed with shallots, garlic and deglazed with vegan red wine. This mushroom blend is then combined with orzo pasta and a rich root vegetable demi-glace. Garnished with a salad of shaved red onions and fresh microgreens dressed in truffle vinaigrette. Served with “cheese” crostinis. 15

Salted Caramel Apple Torte
An apple cashew spice cake layered with cinnamon apple filling and iced with caramel “buttercream”. Drizzled with salted caramel and topped with candied cashews. 10

Rose Mint
Egyptian peppermint in a delicate dance with rose petals. Sweet and minty. 4

Beer

Loon Juice Honey Crisp Hard Cider
Brewed in Minnesota and using honey crisp apples, this cider finishes like a dry champagne without being too sweet. 5
