February Prix Fixe Weekend

We have designated the third weekend of each month as our Prix Fixe weekend. In February, however, due to our anniversary celebration on February 16-18, we have moved the prix fixe weekend to the fourth weekend, February 24-25.

February brings us our first prix fixe vegan dinner served the evenings of the 24th and 25st

 

1st Course

Stuffed Potato Dumplings

Potato dumpling stuffed with bell peppers, onions, fresh herbs and Smart Ground® seared to order. Served with a savory herb gravy.

 

2nd Course

White Truffle Cream Pasta

Fresh carrots, zucchini and baby spinach sautéed with fettuccine noodles and a cashew truffle sauce. Garnished with an onion herb jam and fresh shaved Bianchetto white truffles.

 

3rd Course

Red Wine Pot de Creme

A smooth custard made with silken tofu, chocolate, red wine and fresh avocados is plated with fresh berries and topped with toasted hazelnuts.
