Join us May 15, 2016 for a special Cooking Class featuring yummy fresh dishes.

Our own Chef Jordan Short will prepare:


Baby Kale Salad with Roasted Chickpeas

Baby kale salad with maple tahini dressing and Turkish roasted chickpeas.

Creamy Garlic Cauliflower Rice

Garlic sauteed cauliflower blended with brown rice and mozzarella cheese. Can be served as a side dish or entree.

Raw Pesto Garlic and Hemp Lasagna

Layers of eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes marinated with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Complimented with a hemp and pine nut basil pesto. Perfect entree for a party.


Greek Yogurt Brûlée

Made with pecan maple granola and fresh blueberries,raspberries, and pecan maple granola topped with vanilla Greek yogurt and candied sugar.



Additional Cooking Class Information

Each of our cooking classes last approximately 2 hours and is fun, informative, and filled with fresh yummy food. Please call Café Manna @ 262-790-2340 for more information. All classes are on Sundays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. All classes are demonstration cooking classes, with tastings of each dish that we prepare. Coffee and teas are included. Wine is available for purchase at a special class price. The cost for each class is $40 per person. Reservations are required. Sign up early, as classes can fill quickly!
