In this month’s cooking class, you will learn about using whole, fresh foods and ingredients to positively impact the status and quality of your health from nutritionist and wellness expert, Barbara Chernov. Her program “Food as Medicine” is designed to help you cook and eat in a way that enlivens the body/mind/spirit, nourishes the tissues, and turns up your metabolism.
For over 20 years, Barbara has been sharing her health and wellness training, her nutritional knowledge and her experience with healthy eating.
