Let’s go on “An aromatic journey” using herbs from the garden to enhance our food.
Properties from these fresh herbs can be transformed into essential oils which can play an important part in our overall well being.
Our guide for the day, Pat Molter, will discuss the benefits of essential oils and will be demonstrating the following yummy recipes:
- Herb and Sun-dried Tomato Paté
- Marinara Sauce
- Caper Tapenade Filled Mushrooms
- Lemon/Lavender Cheesecake
Each of our cooking classes lasts approximately 2 hours and is fun,
informative, and filled with fresh yummy food.
Classes are held on Sundays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Classes are demonstration style, with generous tasting portions of each dish.
Coffee and teas are included. Wine is available for purchase at a special class price.
The cost for each class is $40 per person.
