Café Manna is celebrating its 9th anniversary on February 18, 2017.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
A blend of wild mushrooms, tofu, bean sprouts and green onions sautéed in savory sweet ginger garlic Hoisin sauce. Served with crispy rice sticks, Sambal chili sauce and tender butter lettuce for wrapping. 13
Celeriac, Radish and Watercress Salad
A generous salad combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, corn, garbanzo beans, sunflower seeds and avocado slices. Tossed in our avocado ranch dressing. 15
Vietnamese Noodle Salad
Delicate rice noodles tossed with an array of fresh vegetables, marinated shiitake mushrooms, almonds and fresh herbs. Served in a refreshing lime vinaigrette. 12
Split Moong Dal
A classic Indian dish made from slow cooked split moong beans spiced with chili, cumin, ginger and turmeric. Served with steamed brown basmati rice, quinoa and a side of fresh mango-avocado chutney. 14

Cumin and ginger spiced tempeh pan-seared with buckwheat noodles, asparagus, sugar snaps and stir-fried vegetables in a sesame tamari-sake glaze. 16

Rich chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache. Served with a drizzle of coffee caramel sauce. 11
