Roasted acorn squash is filled with a sautéed mixture of farro, millet, mushrooms, sage, thyme, onion and garlic. Topped with a red bell pepper coulis. 13

Tofu Barbacoa Burrito

Tofu marinated with allspice, oregano, garlic and chipotles is seared to order, then wrapped in a flour tortilla with refried beans, cilantro lime rice, sliced avocado, gouda and guajillo aioli. Hot pressed and served with a side salad. Vegan without the cheese. 15

A sautéed mixture of shallots and mushrooms are tossed in a basil pesto, with radiatori pasta and a cashew cauliflower cream. Topped with walnut “parmesan” and fried basil leaves. 18
