12 “Crab” Cakes

Made from hearts of palm, chickpeas and traditional seasonings. The cakes are encrusted in panko breadcrumbs, seared until crisp and served with sriracha aioli and chayote squash slaw.

10 Avocado Bruschetta

Crostinis are grilled with garlic oil and topped with a diced mix of avocados, cucumbers, garlic, tomatoes, basil and white balsamic vinegar.

13 Raw Nachos

Dehydrated corn chips topped with shredded lettuce, spiced nut meat, raw “refried beans”, cashew sour cream, turmeric nut cheese, house made guacamole and fresh guajillo salsa

14 Marinated Beet & Arugula Salad

Roasted red beets served over arugula and mixed greens, tossed in our maple-balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with walnut encrusted goat cheese, avocado and sun-dried cranberries.

14 Caesar Salad

This unique chopped salad is served with our house made Caesar dressing, fresh avocado, tomato, parmesan cheese and accompanied by parmesan garlic bread. Add sautéed Tempeh or Tofu 2

15 Tofu Benedict new

Gluten free bread is topped with seared tofu, spinach, cashew cheese and tomato. Finished with a vegan hollandaise sauce. Served with truffled potatoes.

16 “Crab” Cake Benedict

16 Roasted Vegetable Omelet new

A three-egg omelet made with bell peppers, red onion, garlic, mushrooms, broccoli and havarti dill cheese. Topped with micro greens and served with truffled potatoes.

14 Black Bean, Mushroom & Egg Burger

A spicy southwestern patty served with a sunny side egg, roasted garlic aioli, fresh cilantro sprigs, tomato and red onion on a toasted bun. Served with truffled potatoes.

15 Butternut Squash Ratatouille

Leeks, bell peppers, carrots, garlic, and butternut squash are caramelized in a pan and mixed with spinach, sage and quinoa. Topped with a sunny side eggs and a drizzle of hollandaise sauce.

15 Tofu Pesto Scramble

Sautéed tofu is scrambled and mixed with mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach, quinoa and fresh basil pesto. Served with truffled potatoes and onions.

16 Bourbon Apple French Toast

Orange vanilla battered sourdough toast is topped with bourbon glazed apples, candied almonds and pepitas. Finished with macerated berries and served with a side of maple syrup.

14 Raw Thai Rolls

Crisp vegetables and a macadamia-lime filling wrapped in collard greens. Served with a ginger-lime dipping sauce.

15 CHILAQUILES new

Crispy tortilla chips topped with enchilada sauce, spiced lentils, a Mexican cheese blend, sunny side eggs, guajillo salsa and cilantro micro greens.

15 Barbacoa Burrito Bowl

Shredded romaine and kale topped with piles of brown rice, black beans, sweet corn, jackfruit barbacoa, sliced avocado and guajillo salsa. Finished with pickled jalapeños, avocado-lime dressing and cilantro micro greens

Our dairy-free, non-traditional "cheesecake" prepared with cashews and dates. Inspired daily by our Pastry Chef.

8 Café Carrot Cake

Our signature moist and rich whole wheat carrot cake made with chopped macadamia nuts, coconut, and filled with house made pineapple jam. Iced with classic cream cheese frosting, topped with ginger caramel and candied ginger slice.

9 Chocolate Chip Cookie Torte

Chocolate chip cookie dough filling is sandwiched between petite layers of chocolate cake, lightly iced with a rich chocolate "buttercream", topped with a miniature chocolate chip cookie.
